Signal is looking for a creative and detail-oriented person to support the A&R staff and our artists. You'll work directly alongside our team in a fast-paced environment, helping to develop talent and drive the creative process forward.
- Passion for and deep knowledge of hip hop and R&B
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the A&R field
